Charmaine Petersen is the owner and director of Deserving-HR (Pty) Ltd. She has over 22 years Human Resource Management experience.
The experience and skills she conveys include; Human Resource Management,Training and Development, as well as Employee Health and Wellness in the form of pastoral care and trauma counselling.
With more than 20 years’experience combined with her qualifications, in addition to market research, she decided to launch a Human Resource Management consultancy.
